On this cloudy Saturday, I have decided to make creamy cauliflower soup. The recipe is very simple, and it took me half hour to make this delicious cauliflower soup for four people. This time I used frozen cauliflower.
Ingredients for cream cauliflower soup
- 500 g frozen OR fresh cauliflower
- half clove of garlic
- 700 ml of water
- half vegetable soup cube
- parsley branch
- himalaya salt
- pepper
- few spoons of sugar cream OR sour cream
Cooking and preparation of the cream cauliflower soup
- Slice the cauliflower, then peel and chop the garlic
- Pour the water into the pot, put in some himalaya salt, half vegetable soup cube and wait until the water boils.
- When it boils, put into the sliced cauliflower, parsley branch and chopped garlic, then cook for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables aren't soft cooked.
- Crush and mix the cauliflower and garlic (you can do it with hand mixer), then pour in the soup you cooked in the vegetables (depends on how much thin soup you want to make), and also add some pepper and salt for your taste
Sweet cream of cauliflower soup
If you want to make soup a little bit sweeter put into few spoons of sugar cream
Sour cream of cauliflower soup
If you want to make sour cream cauliflower soup, put into few spoons of sour cream.
Finishing the cream of cauliflower soup
After adding the cream cook and mix the soup for few minutes, until the cream isn't mixed with the soup. In the end you can add some bread pellets if you want.
